Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Fantastic experience buying a new Terrain at SLV GMC. The sales reps, Lucas and Jason, were courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about us making the right decision on a new car. The managers, Rob and Mike, were friendly and non-aggressive; all other dealerships we visited, unfortunately, did not meet this standard set by SLV GMC. Ultimately, we got a fair value on our trade-in and a great price on a new car. Cannot overstate how great this place is.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.
My whole experience happened sooo fast and went sooo smooth...

as I haven't 'bought' a car for MANY years. Hayden was VERY helpful and
made sure that I knew that if I needed something/anything to let him know.

Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. We were on our way to gulf shores for vacation from Michigan and our alternator went bad. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The drive to get the part and fixed it in record time so we could be on our way. The allowed us(my husband and I and our to young children to hang out in the lobby as we had no where else to go. Second car I have bought from there and each time I had to have repairs made within a few days of purchasing. Now even not two weeks later it needs an oil change as well. Few days after I got it home I took it back cuz it needed brakes and rotors.
