A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Thought I needed new brakes. That was not the case. It was only a rock that was stuck in the wheel making the noise. Appreciated the honesty.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

It’s a simple, affordable, efficient car with higher end technology you wouldn’t expect in a car like this. Others have said the AC is terrible, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort - quite the contrary. The AC cools the small cabin in just a few minutes even in 90+ degree Georgia summer heat. Maybe an older one that needs the AC serviced wouldn’t work as well, but nothing works like new unless you take care of it. As for everything else, it really is what it is. Its strong points are fuel efficiency, technology, and long term reliability. Weak points are exactly what you would expect for the trade off: not a sports car so it doesn’t take off like one, not an extremely comfortable ride, but what do you expect from an inexpensive car built to be light weight and good on mpg.

Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. I’ve had two great experiences buying cars from Fritz in Fishers. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and very real. It’s easy to have a long conversation with them, just chatting about the business and about the market climate and etc. They’ve been in the auto sales business for more than 40 years and there’s many good reasons why. Most of the bad reviews seem to be written by people who failed to ask questions or do their homework on the ***used*** cars they purchased. All used cars have surprises, whether big or small. Fritz has a solid warranty on their vehicles and a dedicated service department, and will be honest with you if they think you would get better help from a dealership. All in all, I’m happy to call myself a repeat customer of Fritz in Fishers.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.
