Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

The second you pick up the phone and call, they are very pleasantly friendly. They answer all of your questions, been a family business for a long time. Theyll always negotiate a decent price or work with you. Any concerns, they make you feel like family!!!. I recommend this place to any one that comes or lives in worcester!!!! On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

Cannot say enough good things about Werner and my experience. In March I got a new Cx-30, Tucker was great in helping match a package that fit my needs and ordered me in the car. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended and 7 weeks later the car was deemed a total loss. Tucker was then able to re-order me the same exact car, package and colors and it came in within a week, with the same great deal. I hadn't planned to come back so quickly for another new car but Tucker and Jay made a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this dealership

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

I have a 2017 EV and it I staying to turn off the car and check the brakes but the brakes are fine. It's seems there is no way to turn of this warning or drive the car. The car has been down and even the dealer doesn't know what it is... electric cars make it harder to isolate the problem.

Great subcompact car. Attractive exterior, nice simple interior. Great gas milage. Wish it had telescopic steering wheel option,(I'm 6'2") But you adjust. I love my Rio Hatchback!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

I requested information on a vehicle at Westborough Toyota and they were very responsive in an appropriate manner. While I did not end up visiting their location, I found them to be attentive and kind when I said I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Very good customer service.

This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.
