I am thankful for the staff in the service department at Lakeland Volkswagen. They are helpful with every aspect of my service appointment. I am greeted as soon as I arrive, updated about my car’s progress as I wait, and even walked to my car when the work is complete. I would especially like Ashleigh for always being so kind and helpful.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

My service advisor Barbara was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I did not realize it would take a few hours for the service I was there for so Barbara immediately made arrangements to get me a ride home.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I wish to thank Mike Gillespie for helping me set up my recall for my Honda pilot carbrator replacement. And Mr Mike introduced me to Dominic Neglio sales leader to help my wife and I to talk about a car for my wife. Then Dominic introduced us to Mr. Kaleb Clarke . Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This was a Great experience, great staff, will definitely be back for my next car buying experience.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Lakeland Regal Kia are the best!!!! They go above and beyond for their customers both in sales and in the service department. Their facility is always clean and they make sure you have snacks, drinks and also make sure you are comfortable in the waiting areas. I recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. I wouldn't shop for a car anywhere else.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

Fast, friendly service. With a free car wash? Everyone appeared to be happy to take care of the customers.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I recently purchased a 2015 GMC truck from Tampa Bay Auto Network, I had a Great experience true whole entire of purchasing the truck, especially my gratitude and appreciation to the lady at the office ( jennifer) who helped me to process purchasing the Truck, Also I got a very reasonable and good offer on my trade in, compare from CarMax or Carvana, Also the Truck that I purchased, was in great shape and low mileage. The bottom line is I will come back again in the future to purchase another Car.

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

Always wonderful to deal with. My grandson needed a car on an emergency basis. The dealership stepped up to the plate and made it happen in less than 24 hours. I’m a very proud owner of my Mazda 3 with the Preferred Package. I’ve only owned it not even a month yet, and I wish I bought this car prior to the vehicle I traded for it. It’s still getting broken in, but it has every feature I could ask for and need. The gas mileage is great, it’s comfortable, quiet inside, has the get up and go when needed and so much more. Granted, I can’t really give a good review, but so far my Mazda 3 has really impressed me and always puts a smile on my face when I’m driving around.

I absolutely love my 2023 Mazda3 from inside & out. Beautifully designed, comfortable, handles like a dream & this Soul Red turns a lot of heads. Hands down any Mazda is worth buying no matter the model....🙌🏽
