Our salesman Bruce was attentive and listened carefully. He was not pushy nor was he a 'pushover'' my wife and i.liked him. He took time with us and in the end we got what we were looking for... a 2018 XLE. Jim Stien was also patient, helpful and transparent nice combination for Fimacial advisor. Our overall experience with Kolosso was excelent. One I would recommend to others and repeat myself.

Quick, fun, economical. Still learning all the tech and experimenting with all the energy and performance options. Getting around 40 miles per charge with AC. Gets lots of positive looks. Front door head clearance could be a lot better. Driver display not the problem of some reviews, more like a large heads up display. A keeper!

The vehicles I was interested in test-driving, were ready to go when I pulled into the driveway. I have an older son with special needs that accompanied me on my test drives. July, 2020 Purchased a pre-owned 2019 Infiniti G50s from Kolosso. I'm in northern IL, they're in Appleton, WI a 3-hr drive into Packerland. I was cautious but it was well worth the drive. Michelle Nelson handled the transaction like a professional. The closing was exceedingly short and handled flawlessly. No problems whatsoever. My overall experience with this dealership was Top Notch! I would let my kid crawl around on the showroom floor if I had one (spotless). I found it odd buying an preowned Infiniti at a Toyota dealership but couldn't be happier really, found what I was looking for exactly. Presale condition of car was excellent. Deal done over the phone and I just brought a check. That's it, great job Kolosso!

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Just a note to highly recommend the Bergstrom service specifically Nissan Dealership and the beautiful work the body shop does. My last two SUV’s are the Nissan Rogue. All the service visits have been great. Also we had an accident and brought our 2020 Rogue for repair and Jake and Jay Lee were awesome. I highly recommend Bergstrom on Victory Lane. Gary Soffa

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I went to Tri City to replace a car I had for 23 years. I had the best experience with them. I had contacted several orther dealers in the area, and none of them got back to me during the week that I had to shop for a replacement. All of the people at Tri City were very professional, and available to help me. They were very honest and transparent with me. I returned a couple of times with questions, and they were positive about everything and they were completely supportive of my taking the 2007 Prius I was purchasing to my trusted mechanic of 20 years who checked it out completely and gave my choice a thumbs up. I enjoyed working with Tri City's staff. and I was very happy that my grandson suggested going there. He got a good deal and excellent service there also.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I was concerned when my charging voltage showed that the battery wasn't charging. I had only seen my vehicle. Do that shortly after I had purchased it, and then recently had a battery replaced, and had forgotten about the feature. To save fuel, it reduces the output of the alternator when not needed. I am thinking now that the last battery I had purchased must have been defective.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive
