07.04.2015 Moje ime je Zoran.Juce sam kupio Porsche Panamera iz 2011 godine.Na samom dolasku dočekao me je jako ljubazan prodavac po imenu Beki ,koji je dalje u razgovoru bio izuzetno profesionalan.Ni jednog trenutka nije bio nametljiv.Mnogo mi je pomogao oko odobrenja kredita i sve mi je objasnio.Mogu da kažem ,da sam obišao par auto dilera ,ali ovoliku pažnju nisam imao. Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville! Juele went above and beyond answering the questions I had about a CPO vehicle they had for sale. I was 50 miles away in IL, so we couldn't easily pop in to check it out. We were very sensitive to things like ex-smoker vehicles, and Juele went out to the vehicle, running the A/C, and looking for stains. I could hear the car running in the background as she checked (and it was not a smokers vehicle). Then when I was able to come into the dealership on the weekend, it was pulled into a bay inside since it was threatening rain that morning. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicle. When it came to negotiating the deal, there was some back and forth on price and trade that was very amicable, and they were very willing to send me detailed OTD price before I drove out there. We ironed out the remaining details when I was there, without a lot of the normal "salesmanship/posturing" most dealers do. And all along the way, Juele and their team were calling out any "gotchas" that may come up with an IL person buying from IN dealer, which was very appreciated. The rest of the tean there, from the finance manager to other sales people, were very friendly and no nonsense. For any future friends and family, I'd steer them to this team for their next purchases in a heartbeat.
