Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I also appreciate Jason and his skill with explaining things as I signed the paperwork. When I decided it was time for a new car I didn't even look anywhere else. This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

I started online and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of their folks to text inquiries. They provided a few links to check out and generally showed my whatever I wanted. I started off wanting a used car but decided on new and they were flexible with proving me access to whichever years and trim levels they had available so I could make a decision on my own time. Very little pressure from my sales guy, Nick Scott. Very pleasant experience there and even going back to the dreaded finance guy was not a big deal. They were flexible around the times I could come in with my spouse to finish the deal and modified things in real time. Very accommodating. Good experience overall. I would recommend.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

This is the goofiest car I've ever owned. I'm a Ford guy and had a 5007 Grand Marquis before the IQ. I live in a crowded city and parking is such a hassle I thought I'd try a smaller car (didn't think it would be this small tho!) Well I gotta say after a few months of getting use to it (super agility, slow as a dog with a missing leg, and general interior differences from the big cat, I cannot see me ever wanting another car again. This thing is so much fun to drive, turns on a dime, has a good amount of space (even more if you've played tetris) and is really, really fun to drive. Toyota really designed this well. When your driving you don't feel like your in a small car. It's kinda sparce compared to the Merc, but it's got all you need, power options, not bad stereo, AC etc. If you can find one, get it! I'm quite sure you will like it.

There was no pressure in the sales/buying process, all my questions were answered in a professional manner and there were no surprises when I signed the final paperwork. They are truly one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Excellent experience. My husband and I saw a used vehicle online and drove from Burlington to see it. John at BMW was an excellent and personable salesman. He answered all our questions, was very patient, and very kind. He worked very hard to get us a deal we were happy with. Most of all, he made us laugh and treated us well. Not a pushy salesman, just a very nice man who treats people right. I’d definitely tell my friends going there is worth the trip and to ask for John. Not your typical salesman or car buying experience, he made it fun and easy.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
