I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I was allowed to take the vehicle on an extended test ride to show my wife before purchasing which was unexpected and very helpful as it allowed me to judge its highway driving characteristics. I was smiling as I left and can't help but smile every time I drive it; especially after getting in the mud for the first time.

I was looking for a used van for well over a month and visited several dealerships and received what I considered the run around from their sales departments (we will look around to find a van and call you - never received a callback from them.) I was ready to give up until spring when I located a van on the internet at Wissler Motors . I called the next morning and Tyler Ashley answered and told me the vehicle was at another location but if I wanted to see and test drive it he would go and bring it back to the dealership. My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Went to get a transmission serviced took a test drive on a new car and I bought the car it was an excellent day and great service from the sales team

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Bought the 2012 Veloster shortly after its introduction. It has all of the trim options available, though I never learned to use them. This car has had a lot of pesky recalls, but that is like a lot of vehicles. There have been NO problems for my car, except for an inexpensive part repair in the steering column at about 90K miles. I bought this car because of 1) the great m.p.g., 2) the sporty appearance, and 3) to more easily navigate city traffic. My only complaints are: 1) the seats are not well-padded nor provide lumbar support, but they hold you great when zipping around sharp curves in the mountains, 2) it sits so low to the ground (as sporty cars do), which make it difficult for a tall and older person to get in and out. Those who desire a lot of power would probably be disappointed.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I want to share a review that is overwhelmingly about service, because that is where Autohaus truly excels. I did experience an issue with my brand new Audi that required several return visits. It was a safety-related concern involving my horn, so understandably it was stressful and something I took very seriously. What could have been an incredibly frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, empathy, and an extraordinary level of care. Kyle was my primary point of contact, and even when I was upset, he remained calm, thoughtful, and reassuring, making it clear at every step that I was a priority. At one point, the owner himself came out to personally test the horn to ensure it was working properly, which really spoke volumes about the level of accountability and care. The level of service went far beyond anything I expected. When my horn failed the day before I was supposed to leave for a trip and I did not feel safe driving, the team arranged a ride to the Philadelphia airport. Not a shuttle. A beautiful, brand new Audi. I was completely shocked and so grateful. They also ensured I had a loaner when my car needed to remain in the shop. When my loaner got a flat tire, they literally came to my home in Lebanon and brought me another vehicle. As someone who spent decades working in hospitality, I can confidently say this is one of the best examples of service after the sale that I have ever seen in my life. They made me feel like I am their only customer, take a look at their inventory and you will realize how truly special that is. I chose Audi because of their great safety reputation, but I will choose Autohaus for their amazing service. I want to give an additional shout-out to Cameron for his help and collaboration along the way as well. Kyle’s consistency, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into one that built real trust. Answered one of my calls, stayed in constant communication, and never made me feel like a bother I cannot recommend Autohaus highly enough, and they have turned me into a customer for life.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
