I cannot say enough about this place! I walked in, needed to get an idea of what could be done on my car since it's through another dealership and they were more than happy to accommodate and help with the problems. I had two things that were wrong with the car(or so I was told from the other dealership) and Butler came back with all these other problems wrong with the car. They called me and let me know what all was wrong with the car. A few things will be completed today and the others in the future. This is the first time I've gone to Butlers and I can simply say, they are a lot better than what I had. I can see why so many people love coming here. Everyone I have spoken to through here is genuinely polite and care to help their customers. I'll continuously come here and have work done on my car. Service department is fantastic. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. I purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Butler's back in 2018 for my growing family and it was a great car!! I just recently was able to trade in and upgrade for a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia and Noah went above and beyond to help me find the right car. He was so patient, let me drive all the cars I had seen online (even stayed late to do so) just to be sure I was making the right choice, answered all my questions in stride, and also helped me weigh my pros and cons for each choice I had. Noah made the process effortless and I will HIGHLY recommend Noah, Todd, Tyler and the rest of team at Butler's to anyone needing to trade or find the right fit. Great people, excellent customer service and I'll be calling them before anyone else when I'm ready to trade again.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.
