This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

My experience was as expected. I showed up and explained how I had hit a huge rock and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Steve and Robert immediately had the mechanics put the car on the lift and it was fine. I have gone in about 10 times and the experience can always be summed up in two words , professionalism and courtesy .These two men are second to none . There is no room for improvement because they have reached their pinnacle. Had mine since new 88,000 fun miles on it. superby reliable. Fantastic handling, comfort for long long long drive 6 hours, and great MPG...super quick, it really does everything excellently. Out of 17+ VWs since 1987 this is the best one yet...fun personified, tracks at speed perfectly, solid grip in all weather conditions. Solid, tight, really well done car. Interior layout is ergonomic excellence. of course 6 speed manual, it's best, control and in connection with the drive.
