Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

They helped me greatly with the whole process and were very patient and kind people. Everyone was was so sweet and willing to help which made the whole process so easy and relaxing especially sense it’s my first time buying a car. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Found our car at a local Toyota dealership. Great service. Was looking for Low mileage and a newer car. Great gas mileage also. Paid car off, but didn't get any deal for doing that was hoping to get free oil changes like my son did.

Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.
