Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

It’s a simple, affordable, efficient car with higher end technology you wouldn’t expect in a car like this. Others have said the AC is terrible, but I haven’t experienced anything of the sort - quite the contrary. The AC cools the small cabin in just a few minutes even in 90+ degree Georgia summer heat. Maybe an older one that needs the AC serviced wouldn’t work as well, but nothing works like new unless you take care of it. As for everything else, it really is what it is. Its strong points are fuel efficiency, technology, and long term reliability. Weak points are exactly what you would expect for the trade off: not a sports car so it doesn’t take off like one, not an extremely comfortable ride, but what do you expect from an inexpensive car built to be light weight and good on mpg.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Needed a vehicle ASAP. Got there at 11am, was on the road by 12:30 in a new, clean, low mileage Ford SUV. And the type of ride I needed to have. Paid half down, financed the rest. My sales guy got the paperwork rolling while finance guy did the same. Did not try over sell me or put into payment plan I would live with. Treated like a real person and not an up. Thanks!!!!

The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!

I narrowed my search down to a Kia K5. I loved the aggressive looks, tech package, fuel economy, and price. I settled on the K5 I looked around all of northeast Ohio Kia dealerships. I shopped at Kia of Bedford, Spitzer Kia Cleveland, Haleen Kia, Montrose Kia, Kia of Streetsboro, and Ken Ganley Kia. All of them charged anywhere from a couple of thousand to five thousand dollars over MSRP. Most of the MSRP were non-negotiable or they started with a much higher price than I was comfortable with. I searched for another couple of months. I lurked around Reddit's Kia subreddit. I was lucky to find a Reddit post from EJ. He was advertising no markup, MSRP Kia’s from Freedom Kia. I saw E.J. posted in a Kia subreddit about no mark up sales. I contacted E.J. and thought it was too good to be true. I was hesitant. I thought they might be selling at MSRP but they would require other items or the finance office would rake me over other items. Sorry for sounding hesitant when it comes to car dealers. All the Cleveland dealers I dealt with said there was no way I could factory order a K5 or any car. They also blamed the chip shortage, which I highly doubted in late 2022. Cleveland Kia dealers said I had to take what was on the lot or wait for one that is close to my criteria. I was willing to drive three hours away to do business with Freedom Kia if they sold cars at MSRP and had no pressure sales. E.J. walked me through the easy process of factory ordering my 2023 Kia K5 EX in sapphire blue. The car I want, in the color I wished, and added items to make it more personalized to suit my needs. E.J. was on the spot when it came to communicating the dealer needs, transactions, and updates. He emailed me vehicle production updates. E.J. notified me when the car arrived. He took pictures for me. He took the time to explain the bells and whistles. If he didn’t know an item he got back to me and answered my questions. I couldn’t believe that I was buying a car at MSRP. He laid out all the costs associated. He explained again the three optional accessories. He emphasized, they were completely optional and did not pressure me at all. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

Overall satisfied with the purchase of Outlander. Only recommendation is facility should have more of a privacy room for customers when finalizing finances, banking and payment details. I could overhear other customers discussions and their personal information because of how the offices are setup - open, no doors, clear glass, and side by side ? very easily overhearing others personal information etc? Other than that , process of purchasing new vehicle was not lengthy, no wait time and was wrapped up in 2 hours total from time I walked in to driving away in new vehicle. Fastest turnaround time I?ve encountered buying a vehicle . Sales Rep Josh- good kid , very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional and easy to talk to.

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

For my first car, it’s great and I love it. I’ve always wanted a car that wasn’t giant and making me uncomfortable. It’s extremely comfortable and the trunk space is amazing.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.
