We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.
Love the new location. Was looking at a pretty blue F-150 up in Tulsa just to kill time. Went ahead and had them run the numbers. While waiting the wife eyed the new 16' Mustangs. That dealer came back with a low offer on my current truck. Told the wife, "If you want a new mustang, we'll go home to Harlin and look. She found the car she wanted, had to play musical vehicles so they could look over her trade (also purchased at Harlin) they made a excellent offer, Gave her a great price and that evening she had a brand new car. Me, still without the new truck I was looking for, went back a couple weeks later, told them what I wanted, looked outside of their stock and found the truck at another dealership. The next day My new truck was ready for pick-up. All it lacked was trailer breaks which they installed. I couldn't see us going anywhere else. Excellent group of people.

I feel safe purchasing vehicles from him because I know he will be there if I have any problems and will go above and beyond to help me through it.
I was searching for a low mileage 2016 SUV and located one that Dunn Country for the price range I wanted. I contacted the dealer and talked to Dave Miranda. Dave was Very helpful and honest. After learning the the complete detail of the Car and price, I told Dave that I would drive to Eufaula, OK on the weekend. I later received a text from Dave with a photo showing a small dent on the front bumper. He wanted me to be aware of it before I traveled 250 miles. I really appreciate the full disclosure. Based on the photo, I decided that the damage was so minor and I wanted the SUV.
My wife and I drove down and had a wonderful buying experience. The people at Dunn were very friendly and caring. Ryan, who handled the financing, got us a fantastic rate.
