This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I took my XC60 Recharge in for it annual maintenance and explained I was having trouble with the heater in the pure drive mode. Just said he knew what the problem was and would take a look. the 2022 car was still under warranty and they were able to replace the parts and fix the problem as well as do the annual maintenance. This is the third time I've had the car into their service shop and I've always been quite satisfied. They have a very nice waiting room, so bring you phone and/or computer. Geoff Durango Colorado

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

The guy I worked the deal with, his name is Bryant and made me feel welcomed. And as someone who normally had either boring or forgetful dealer experiences. I felt a connection on a personal level like we had known each other for a long time but we just met. We like the same music and he made me laugh. I felt he provided a experience that I would only experience at 1 out of every 500 dealerships. I plan to see him again.

I absolutely love my new car. Great design, great on gas, love the color I chose. This car and dealership here in Forest City NC are the best.

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.

The Accord is much better than advertised. The 1.5 liter engine is great on gas and the Turbo provides ample power. I was not sure about the CVT trans but we love it now. 35 MPG around town, 42 on the freeway. A lot to love .

We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. The finance department was just another polished step. Ed Lounds, who is in charge of their finance department, was very helpful too, professional and easy to work with. Tempe Honda. What can I say? I have nothing but good things to say now. As a loyal Honda customer, I am heavily impressed with Tempe Honda, specifically Lou Sofre. To start, my wife's car was totaled a couple months ago and we finally got paid out, and I talked her into a Honda. She wanted a new HRV, so we went searching in the worst possible time with the chip shortage. we went to one dealer (not going to name names) in the morning, who tried to market adjust a base HRV 6 grand and told us they couldn't bring it down. We called Tempe Honda and they could get us in a car that same day with no market adjustments. When we tried to tell the Honda dealer we were currently sitting at, they told us that the deal wasn't real. Well, we got to Tempe Honda, and ended up with a great deal on a brand new 2022 HRV. This buying experience with Lou, was simple, quick, easy and very fair. So much so, that I decided to make the plunge and purchase my first ever car with Lou and Tempe Honda too. Lou went out of his way to make sure that a bad experience I had with the service center in 2018 was addressed and would not happen in the future, and I could not be happier with my brand new 2022 Civic sport hatchback.
