I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! I had a very positive experience with Gilbert. He was personable, attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and what was important to me. We did a test drive and pointed out features that I was interested in. The pricing was very transparent and he pointed out things like the EV rebates that would help me in bringing down the cost of the lease. Alexis was also very friendly and helpful and processing paperwork. This is my first time being at a Honda dealership. I felt very cared for and well take care of. I had a very positive experience. I feel Honda will be the brand that keeps me as a life long customer.
