Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.

This is the kind of car you can drive to any occasion, great comfort, gas mileage, etc... definitely one of my all around top rated vehicles.
Jesse stepped in to finish my purchase when my original sales rep wasn't available, showing great teamwork. He was super friendly, informative, and efficient. He took extra time to explain all the features of my new car. The staff here works together to ensure customers get full attention.

This car met all of my needs in the areas of comfort and safety. The back up camera is better than most (very large clear screen), a USB port in the console, CD player, daytime running lights/fog lights. It's sporty and has dual exhaust that make it a peppy 4 cylinder when needed.
The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!

I am a happy customer that is consistently treated well by everyone in sales, service and finance at Lexus of Thousand Oaks. This is the fifth RX I have leased from super star Lora B! Each time I lease from her, she makes this process smooth, fast and painless. I appreciate that she is always available no matter the time of day to answer questions. She patiently takes the time needed to make sure I understand the changes in the RX from year to year. When I bring my car in for service, Steve L. is also consistently helpful. He is courteous, professional and makes each visit a breeze. Both Lora and Steve go out of their way to make sure my concerns have been met and that I have a loaner car if needed. I honestly appreciate the positive experiences with sales and service that I have had over the years. I have leased from other companies and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of customer service that Lexus of Thousand Oaks offers. Before I was looking to buy a used car, I knew I wanted a Honda Accord. They are reliable and safe! The cosmetics and look of the vehicle are pleasing as well. Great Purchase!
I was shopping for a new CRV and contacted AutoNation Honda in Valencia CA through their website. In my email I asked for a price on the 2018 CRV EX. I quickly received an email from Gidomer Francia with a price that was very favorable. And that's the reason I drove 25 miles to AutoNation in Valencia, bypassing numerous dealers closer to my home. Gidomer's straightforward answer to my email immediately set AutoNation apart from the other dealers. Because the other dealers, when asked the same question, all wrote back with some variation on the following theme: "We're going to give you a really great deal. Please give us your phone number so we can call to tell you all about the deal." And when I met Gidomer and the others at AutoNation, it was clear to me that they were interested in getting me the car I wanted at a good price, with no hidden fees or add-ons. And, everything they told me they would do, they backed up in writing and delivered on it. I don't think it's possible to have a better car buying experience than the one I had with Gidomer at AutoNation Valencia. And I'm telling all my friends about it.

This my tenth Honda that I’ve owned. I’ve got three problems with this sport trim. From bad to worse it goes as follows;
•1-there’s this grinding rotating annoying front wheel noise.
•2-there’s this awful wind/road noise that’s seeping in from the window and/or door area.
•3-front seats are extremely uncomfortable.
I only have 11k on this vehicle.
I bought my 2018 civic couple weeks ago and I must say I am impressed!!! I am very impressed with Jovic Anicete for helping me all the way..so guys if you are planning to go to Scott Robinson Honda look for Jovic and I am sure you are in a good hand!!!
Power and efficiency

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
I worked out my lease deal over email and was in and out in under 2.5 hours. Excellent and fast service. Troy and Jovic really took care of me, and I got the deal I wanted and the car I wanted. I’d definitely recommend them.

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
I stopped by Scott Robinson to look at a used car, initially I went to see Danny, but was well taken care of by Alex. The used car I looked at was to in excellent condition for having 81,000 miles on it. Alex mentioned that they were having a great lease deal on the new Honda Civics, I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. The following day Danny contacted me via e-mail and apologized for not having the chance to meet me the night I came to the dealership. Danny has left several e-mails asking if I needed any further assistance and not to hesitate in calling him. overall I had a great experience at The Scott Robinson Honda dealership.

It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.
Used Cars.com and was referred to Darren White.
It was the most fastest and easiest deal ever. Darren took care of everything with true professionalism.
I would highly recommend him and Scott Robinson Honda.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
I went in to look at the new Honda civics and to get pricing. My salesrep, Troy, let me test drive the car (in the color I wanted). I got to try out the turning radius in an empty parking (very responsive). He showed me how to use the backup camera to park and let me park the car. I have taking test drives before, but he showed me more about the car than the cupholders and eyeglass compartment. At my request, he also showed me the preowned cars that I might like. He was very patient, kind, friendly, and no pressure.

I previously owned a 2004 Honda Accord. This 2017 is a great car also! It meets all my expectations. I wanted a 2018, but found out that Honda was no longer going to make 6 cylinder accords. I am happy with my purchase.
I love this car. I own the base model (LX) So it doesn’t have some of the fancy features, but it’s all I need and more. It’s very smooth and has great pick up for a four-cylinder. The sport mode comes in handy when fighting traffic. Cosmetically, I wish the LX version had the LED strip lights, larger rims, and tinted windows. But All these can easily be added for under $1000. The reason I gave four stars under comfort is because I am 6’4” and wish I had just about 2 more inches of legroom. But that’s hardly the car’s fault. im quite used to it.
The Honda Accord has won so many awards over the years for a reason. Just as you would expect from any midsize Japanese sedan, the value is hard to beat. The exterior styling is modern without being overachieving. Personally I think all the chrome accents give Accord an upscale touch. The interior is very well laid out with all the controls in intuitive places (I own the LX model which doesn't have the touchscreen audio controls). The materials are a good mix, neither feeling too cheap but definitely won't be confused for a luxury sedan. Gas mileage is great. I live in Philadelphia where there is either a stop sign or red light at every block, so my city gas mileage is nowhere near the EPA estimated (I'm lucky to get 17 mpg in center city Philly), but on the highway, especially on longer drives, it will achieve over 40 mpg in eco-mode (over a 600 mile range on a full tank). However, this isn't to say the Accord is without its shortcomings. The voice controls seem to be very difficult to operate and it never understands what I'm saying. The cabin is not well isolated from road and wind noise at highway speeds. Despite being one of the better CVT transmissions I've driven, the shifts can be a bit untimely and unpredictable, particularly on twisty and hilly roads. All in all, every time I ride or drive in another modern midsize sedan, I'm still convinced the Accord is better.
