Our experience with Heritage Honda was OUTSTANDING! From our initial telephone discussions with Sue and Joan, Sales Manager to onsite discussions with Eyoungmbi, we were very pleased with the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Specifically, Eyoungmbi in response to family medical needs brought out a 2022 CRV so that we could determine differences between the 2022 and 2025 Honda CRV. Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Upon selection and approval of our Honda CRV Nancy did an excellent job walking us through our warranty options. Our experience with Heritage Honda over 2 days was OUTSTANDING!

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I never felt pressured, but instead felt that the team 1) worked together as a team, rather than competing against one another and 2) wanted to help me to find the right car for my needs. Heritage Honda Bel Air review
I had a great experience working with Jake DeLuca when purchasing my car. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Jake is very knowledgeable and clearly knows the ins and outs of the vehicles and pricing. What really stood out was that he made sure his manager was involved early so everything was completely transparent and upfront. Because of that teamwork, I felt confident I was getting the best possible deal with no surprises at the end. Overall, Jake made the whole experience smooth, honest, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a car.

Heritage Honda Bel Air review
Excellent experience with Justin Craig. Very detailed about all of the specifications of the car. This was a first car purchase for our son. There was never any pressure to purchase as we experienced with some car dealerships in the past. Justin was knowledgeable regarding all of the policies and procedures of Heritage Honda. Definitely would recommend not only the dealership but Justin Craig specifically. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!

Valley Honda review
Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.
