Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

New management, same excellent service. Tyler H was amazing. This is my 3rd purchase here and I will be back for my 4th soon! My credit score has taken a hit since purchasing my newest home. They made it work and I couldn’t be happier.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

My wife was in the market for a New Accord for over a year. Last year we almost bought the 2022 LX (She loves cloth seats). She was so happy she waited. The Meteorite Gray is a beautiful color and the car is perfect in every way. Looks, features, fuel efficiency. Even the tires are Michelin. Her only complain. Front pasenger seat is too low. That is it!!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I give the young man by the name of Cash, and Joshua excellent personality, in the know, very helpful along with encouraging comments. Each and every time I spoke with these young man, there remarks was always something that up lifted my spirit. It has been a challenge moving from up North to the Dallas area. What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

The body design is very classy. I’ve only had to change the tires in 4.5 yrs and am about to fix the brakes at 5 yrs. Not a thing has gone wrong with my Honda! I average at least 30+ mpg in the city and even I punch on the gas! often I get as high as 43mpg on the hwy. The trunk is massive and the interior is very roomy! I like the styling inside. The downsides are some road noise and connecting bluetooth and they could improve on the quality of carpeting. This car is very reliable! It’s been my best car yet and I’ve owned BMW’s and Infinitis. Honda is an Excellent Value for the money!

That place is full of cheerful people and all willing to help you, no rolling eyes when I asked a question, no interruption while I spoke, overall, it was a great experience!
