New and used 2025 Honda Civic for sale near Mesquite, TX

Rusty took care of business as always. Some in and out process. I had good experiences with all service work at this location. Happy with this group and my service representative.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Cheryl Kennedy was our rep. She did an outstanding job detailing what services needed to be done, what to prioritize and answered all questions knowledgeably. She was responsive and professional throughout and texted immediately when the car was ready.

Jesse was attentive to our needs. We needed a bake light fixed. He had us in and out in no time. Also, he was personable and professional.

Good service only why the machine didn?t detect first time my battery low but the overall service is good. Waiting time sometimes for service is little longer. I will visit again.

Isaiah Novil make it so easy. Before coming in I was on the phone with him and was really debating of not going because it was about an hour drive, I am so happy I did. He made sure we were taken care off and also we took the time to get us the deal we were comfortable at. Went in on July 12th to trade in my old car, and the process was outright amazing. Freddie answered my questions for the most part. Suleman (I think that's his name) helped arrange financing in a deal that wouldn't break my budget each month. No high pressure sales tactics. And I got good trade-in value for my old car. Highly recommended dealership

Tristan was great! He greeted me right away upon checking in my car for service. He went over the details of the maintenance process and asked me if I had any questions. Waiting was a little long but other than that everything was fine. The construction was a little noisy but could not be helped I guess,My salesman was nice and professional.
