We were initially looking for a used vehicle but the price they gave us for a brand new vehicle ended up beating all the other dealerships.

Jean Paul was great to work with! He sent lots of photos and a video to show us the car before driving to see it! He also had paperwork ready when we got there and waiting on us. It was a very smooth process and the car is wonderful!!!!

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Great little car. Obviously reliable and easy to fix. Get one with the 5 speed and you will really love it. Mine only has 31k miles.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Honestly, for as cheap as you can get them, the value you get is amazing. I make consistent 300mi commutes on weekends (600 total) and this car has given me 0 issues. I make it each way with a 1/4 tank of gas left, insane gas mileage for a 21 year old car. Original owner took good car of it, owner they sold it to tried to run it into the ground, I fixed the issues they gave it. 170k original miles and still going strong, any problems are cheap to fix (SO easy to fix yourself). Excellent for modding (if that’s your thing), perfect for learning to work on cars (cheap parts, easy access), and a stellar beater. Still gets as good if not better mpg than modern cars. Only gripes are as follows: Steering wheel doesn’t come forward, so if you’re a taller person it’s gonna be a little less than ideal comfort. Road noise is a bit loud, especially for highways, but then again.. that’s what the volume knob on the stereo is for. Though I eventually will purchase something more modern, I find the idea of letting go of my 02 very hard to comprehend.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

Got this car right out of college at 253k miles, it's at 311k currently, no engine or major internal issues, seems like it can go another 100k miles, amazingly awesome 😎👍

Great car; turbo 1.5 liter, very peppy. Had one issue with my info screen which was satisfactorily resolved. In eco mode, getting 34 mpg. Like the exterior styling very much, and would buy another Civic. Have had two Honda Accords in the past.

I bought mine as a pre owned. 32k miles. I've been hard on it too. I've gotten mine to hit 136mph on the interstate WITH the cvt. Most people don't know how to drive even an automatic. Let off and get right back on and get on hard. Car will downshift to a lower "gear" and hold the rpms in the higher range. Car has been amazing to me. I've only replaced tires, and oil/oil filter since I bought it. 0 problems and that's even after I rear ended a mustang! It wasn't even out of alignment after! 16.2k for a pre owned car with a nice HUD and blind spot camera. Definitely buying a Honda next

Awesome experience buying my first car, even though the metro system is very convenient in DC. I still wanted a car because I commute to work sometimes platinum auto made this process so easy and I will recommend my friends to look at the inventory if they are shopping for a great core. This car was the first car I have ever own and it applied me. I live in South Dakota den we are no strangers to bad weather here. It is at 180k miles and I got it at 30k. Rather than writing a review about how great this car is I rather write a few minor things that have happen to the car. Let me stress though that I trust this car to go from new your to LA no problem. 1. The biggest problem I have had with the vehicle is it had an oil leak. But it was not cuase any cracks in the oil reservoir or anything like that. All it was a bad seal located on the side of the oil pan. If you have an oil leak tell them to first check the seals to make sure they are good. 2. The heat shield to protect the oil change spot is just sheet metal. If you hit a critter it will sometimes rip that off. Easy and cheap fix. 3. I worn out the leather on the center consul. Just use it as an arm rest and it wore out. Didn’t get it fixed just cuase it doesn’t really make a difference. 4. Like people said with the eco mode on it will accelerate slowly. Just does that to save gas. But make sure to take it off for snow. Overall it is a wonderful car and it is faithful everytime. I don’t see this car ever being a bad purchase. This car will be the car I drive until it blows up. Should be about that 300k or better mark

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.
