My wife and I drove on the lot of Rt 9 Mazda and started looking at the inventory of the Mazda CX-5's, our car of interest. Very shortly, we were greeted by Dan Santiago. He was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. His dealership had an excellent inventory selection, and we found the exact car we researched. We were prepared to go "shopping", but that wasn't necessary, as Dan and his crew made our car-buying a pleasure. They gave us a fair price for our trade, which we had researched, and the monthly lease payment was among the most competitive we saw advertised. The CX-5 is a terrific car. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Update: After a bumpy start, Mike Smith, the General Sales Manager went above and beyond to fix some problems I encountered. I'm very grateful to him for how he handled the situation. He made it very clear that he would take care of the issues that happened and make necessary changes. I have to give credit where credit is due. All issues have been resolved and Route 9 Mazda even went a little further to insure customer support.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Rob Munson-Service Advisor was Patient in going through all the fine details and breakdown of total cost. It's now 8 + years that I've been Servicing my 2013 Honda CRV at Lia in Kingston. an Excellent Dealership !

Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Managed to track down a car with a hard to find drivetrain option that Broadway Garage had. Arrived late in the day to look at it. Karlee put a plate on it to test drive and then left me to inspect the car as thoroughly as I wished, on my own. No pressure from a salesperson trying to speed things along, or steer me away from any potential problem areas. Then I took a test drive, alone, just like back in the day, no salesperson, no pressure. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. Could not have been happier with my experience.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Karlee got me financing got me a good warranty on the car gave it to me for an excellent price. Nobody stalked me while I was looking to car over, it was really refreshing to be able to lift a vehicle over without somebody chattering in your ear. No issue with them bank wanted 5000 down because of age of truck. Would try To do business with them again

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I bought mine as a pre owned. 32k miles. I've been hard on it too. I've gotten mine to hit 136mph on the interstate WITH the cvt. Most people don't know how to drive even an automatic. Let off and get right back on and get on hard. Car will downshift to a lower "gear" and hold the rpms in the higher range. Car has been amazing to me. I've only replaced tires, and oil/oil filter since I bought it. 0 problems and that's even after I rear ended a mustang! It wasn't even out of alignment after! 16.2k for a pre owned car with a nice HUD and blind spot camera. Definitely buying a Honda next

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Of all the cars I have owned in my life, My 2015 Honda Civic is most reliable. It is a great ride, comfortable, and good looking! I have no complaints about this vehicle. I hope to drive it for years to come and gift it to one of my grandchildren when my time is up.

Overall, outstanding service. My purchase was a used vehicle in surprisingly excellent condition. My sales representative and the finance manager worked very professionally to get me a finance arrangement I felt comfortable with. The car was gone over and delivered in great condition. Having back-end tasks like registration, transfer of plates, insurance transfer, and surrender of my old vehicle done for me was very welcome. Everyone treated me with great respect. Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
