After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Brandon Scott, Service Advisor at Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte, was very helpful as I needed service on a “new-to-me” Nissan Frontier from another dealer. I had a laundry list of services I need completed over the next several months. I sosked for and Brandon supplied prices for each item (transfer case service, serpentine belt replacement, etc) so that I could select the most pressing needs and schedule the remaining items over time. Comparing the cost of such services to another Nissan dealer and an independent shop, Scott Clark Nissan beat the others, sometimes by hundreds of dollars! Harrison was the best, kindest, most wonderful Service Manager I’ve ever had, and I’ll be requesting him from now on. My technician Taylor also went above and beyond to fix something that has been broken on my car for years, without being asked. I actually cried. Thank you both for taking such great care of me and my car. With service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

In the past 20 years I have bought many new and used cars from Hendrick dealerships--imost recently a used pickup. From sales to service they are 1st in class. My purchase experience with Jeffrey Austin (Sales) was great; he knew I was a "loyal customer" and was efficient/professional/and transparent. When I first got this car, it was amazing and it was very smooth while driving. I got the touring version which has the Bose 12 speakers. This car drives like a SUV, which is comfortable and nice on the road and the highway and it is also very quiet not that much road noise. I would highly recommend this car! this car will never disappoint you, it will give you the satisfaction a regular high-end SUV would.

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

I just recently bought a Ford Fusion from Carmax of Hickory, and the team of professionals were just that--professional. We found them to be upfront and efficient.

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

I just wanted to say thank you to Faye in sales and James in finance. This was probably the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I’m always on the defense when dealing with car sales people. That’s why I usually like Carvana. But they do not sell new cars, and you technically can’t drive them or look at them before signing on the dotted line. Faye and James didn’t hard sell me up front or in the back office. Faye and James are credit to the industry, and I thank you for restoring my faith and giving me a great buying experience. Now I’m going to try their service department soon. This car is the whole package: fun to drive, excellent handling, braking & steering, and a great throttle response (with the 1.5 turbo). Plus it comes with a slew of Honda safety features. It is a remarkable upgrade from my 2013 Civic. I hope that over the years, it will have the same reliability.

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……
