The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

After much trial and error and back and forth at other dealerships and a couple scammers super sales woman April Bradley made this new car experience so joyful and rewarding! I love the dealership itself is always clean and smells amazing you’re always greeted with a smile and immediate attention. April was very thorough and clear on the process of my purchase!!! I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

Went there for an express oil change and tire rotation. The wait time was an hour. Which wasn't bad. Chelsea was very professional and friendly.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.
