I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

I visited Normandin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat on August 15, 2025, for a regular oil change. Mya Neric was my service advisor, and she went above and beyond by also addressing a couple of additional concerns I had, including a tapping sound and a low coolant reservoir. Throughout the process, she kept me informed with timely updates. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

Very Good. Take good care of the customers. But of course, you need to know what you can accept. All the dealerships have the selling process. For the used car their asking price is very reasonable. This is for sure. Go to cars.com, check the Carfax and they will see they check the car detailly, and all the services are up today. Not all the car dealers like this.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

I wanted to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off. Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started on a Sunday when service was closed but Fernando De La Cruz in Sales went above and beyond to try to help remedy the problem. While Fernando is not a mechanic, he did try to help me eliminate some possible issues. He took a great deal of time with me and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve the issue. He reminded me of what a great salesperson I had when Kevin S. sold me the car. It is clear by my interaction with Fernando that this dealership hires professionals that put the needs of the customer first. The next day, I bought my car in nearly a day before the first available appointment that had been available through the dealerships online system. There was quite a line of cars in front of me but both Matt Coons and John Barlett were patient and helpful even though my appointment was for another day. I have dealt with Matt several times when I have bought my car in for maintenance, He has spoiled me with is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. This time was no exception. He kept his cool when there were several customers all of the counter people were trying to help while my alarm almost unseizingly continued to sound. After my initial visit, John Bartlett was my contact person and he made a real effort to return my calls and keep me updated. I have to note that this all occurred as the UAW strike was starting to heat up, so being able to get parts and know when they would arrive was becoming a bit challenging. I was planning an out of town trip and it was imperative that I had my car to get to the airport. John knew I was nervous about this and his updates helped to lessen my worry. John also gave me some "worst case scenario" suggestions that made the situation much less stressful. Finally, I have to thank Johnathan Chamberlain. I did not speak with Mr. Chamberlain but he is noted on my receipt as the person who inspected the car, so I believe he is the person that isolated the problem and installed the part, less than an hour after it arrived at the dealership. Without his expertise, I doubt very seriously that I would have my car back and in working order. With a such hardworking and conscious team, I know I did the right thing purchasing and having my car serviced at this dealership.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

I had to reschedule my initial visit several times, as my mother unexpectedly became seriously ill. They were extremely understanding and accommodating. I purchased a car for a relative, the entire process was quick and efficient.

This car replaced my 1993 Civic when the corrosion of the midwest did in the suspension, which was not worth repairing on on a car with 279,000 miles. Now my current Civic was approaching this benchmark fast befor Covid. It had some big shows to fill and easily did so. No problems, and it has been beat to crap. This is city driving, so the engine hours are through the roof. Average maybe 20mph thoughtour it’s life. Did need it’s starter replaced once, although this was less expensive than the old timing belt tuneup on the 93. There was an issue with thinning paint on trunk and the car has been hit with enough rocks and when parked that she is far from pristine. I vouch for the safety as this is the insurance replacement of one that got totaled with 60 miles on it back in 09, a roll over. Run off road by semi whose brakes failed. I find the car quite comfortable for commuting purposes and the AC still works. It’s a DX-VP, so she’s awfully spartan by modern standards. Now that I work from home, the miles are coming slower. I assume a better conditioned one with low miles would hold its resale value pretty well. I’d like to justify getting a new car to scoot around town but it’s impossible to justify.

After a rear-ending accident left my car totaled, I needed a new vehicle and the first place I went was Stevens Creek Mazda. I have been a customer at this dealership before, and once again - I wasn't disappointed! Albert met us in the lot and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that matched everything on our list. From there he was extremely helpful and low pressure in making sure we got the best deal possible. He even offered options that helped shave down the price to exactly where we were comfortable. Overall it was the easiest, most stress-free car buying process I've ever experienced! Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

The dealer called me immediately and described the car I was interested in. Informed me about the cars 1 owner history and was very outgoing and friendly. Offered options in car delivery, since I reside in hayward, CA. I wish I could have purchased this spiffy red Toyota Corolla 2007 but I assisted in dental procedure payments in the past year so I currently cant afford to make any major purchase this year. But, it's great to know that there are still some very nice older model cars out there when I am ready to purchase 1. I pray that before my next car smog in 2 years that I will have the funds to purchase a 2007-2016 Toyota Corolla Basic style car. Any free car donations are welcome too but hopefully near where I live because I would like to test drive the next car I get and Tracy, CA is kind of far from where I live, but the folks around there seem to cherish their cars and am more likely to purchase a 1 buyer car there than around this very fast moving part of the East Bay area here in Alameda County. We can barely exit our apartment driveway where I reside currently because the traffic come from 2 major speedy streets leading on and off the freeway. My neighbor and her child were badly injured because on our 25MPH street the cars go about 50MPH on the average. I wish the mayor, and city council would put some traffic slowing bumps on our street but for now I'm just feeling anxious about living on this busy street here in Hayward, CA, USA?

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

From the time I walked in Jordan assisted me by explaining everything they will be doing and checking based on the maintenance reminder on my dash board. The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!
