This was my third time servicing my Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid here, and each visit has been consistently excellent. Michael Helmke from the service team has been exceptional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes conversations, and makes sure I?m comfortable with the recommendations before any work is done. His honesty, professionalism, and calm approach create real trust and that makes all the difference. It?s the reason I continue to ask for him whenever I schedule service. During my recent visit, they also provided a loaner vehicle at no cost while my car was being serviced for three days. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers? time and commitments. Not every dealership offers that, and it truly made my experience stress free. I want to emphasize that it?s not just one person the entire team operates with the same positive, customer first attitude. From check-in to vehicle pickup, everything feels organized, transparent, and smooth. I was helped by Henry, who was very detailed and a great sales person. Purchasing the car was easy and thorough. In addition to this establishment, all of my additional concerns with my purchase were addressed and handled well by Logan. He was very professional and very responsive. Best car I've ever owned. Quick, sporty, but not a high-end sports car. Headlight configuration suggests high-beams are always on. Bit of a gas hog around town, but great highway mileage. Completely satisfied with only minor complaints. Recommend.

I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

It already had an aftermarket exhaust it has a manual trans parts are very cheap... I've burned the clutch as few times and even crashed the front bumper

Jimmy at Carmart. was absolutely terrific. Out of the dozens of times I have bought a car from anyone this was the most smoothest ever one that I felt no unease about. Jimmy took care of a problem after the sale with no hassles even picked up and delivered my wife while his crew worked on the car. By far the best dealership I have ever worked with. If you’re looking for an honest dealership that you don’t feel will cheat you this is the one.

I absolutely love my car! I plan on keeping it for a long time.. the exterior is outstanding and eye catching. Runs great day strong.. no complaints except that Honda could have provided a spare tire but it is ok .. not the end of the world..

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

It is the most fun, well optioned, and fairly priced sedans i've ever owned. I really enjoy the turbo and 6 spd manual transmission. The upgraded styling on the interior and exterior make it a step above anything else in it's price point.

I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

I wanted fun to drive, manual transmission, and greater than 30mpgs average. This vehicle hits all those targets. I have done only about 900 miles thus far (in a week) and i just keep wanting to go back for more... so that says a lot. the Mini cooper i test drove for a bit (~800 miles) had greater steering feel, but much great suspension feel (the bumps were harsher)... your choice on which you prefer. I also test drove a VW GTI... sadly the test drive was in an DSG (automatic) and harldy compares, but i did not buy that one. The civic SI may not be the best car out there, but i firmly believe it might be the best are for the money if your priorities are similar to mine.

Amazing fun little car, shifts great.. everything I wanted in a sports car the rear camera has 3 different views so if you have a small driveway like mine you can maximize your space without hitting anything.
