I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. My is the 2020 model not the 2018, but same everything with some added stuffs. This car perform very well, powerful engine, nice and quiet, lots room, four person comfortablely, manual, in comfort mode I handle rough road and bump pretty good. Infotainment system lags a little, but if I was going to buy another car at the same sticker price I will pick this one again.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

Responded quickly and was willing to work with me on the selection of a vehicle. Due to the distance from the dealership I did not find a suitable vehicle for which I was willing to make the trip.

On Sat, July 5 we purchased a 2020 F150 with the assistance of Dylan Griebel. The truck was being processed into the dealership and was not ready for delivery. Dylan kept us informed of the truck's repairs and status. He professionally assisted in making changes to one of the warranties and facilitated a smooth delivery.
