The Honda Civic Type R has always been my dream car, and owning it is truly a childhood dream come true. It’s been phenomenal an absolute blast to drive! As my first manual car, it was surprisingly easy to learn on and incredibly forgiving, making the experience even more enjoyable.

It's been 5 month since I got my Type R, and it was the right choice for me . It might be for everyone so I recommend taking a test drive if the dealer let's you and get your finance done ans shop around for MSRP. I had no problem driving 1400 miles round trip and wasn't beat driving the car. This is a keeper for sure.

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

Mr Jose Vargas made buying a jeep very memorable! I came in just to look around and test drive. I ended up buying a jeep due to the fact that Jose was a very nice young man.

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

We just “went looking” today and ended buying a used car. No pressure. The process was not painful lol. Everyone was so nice. Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about the car. Once we made a decision to buy the process went pretty quickly. I would highly recommend them!

I purchased my 2023 Type R in July, with the intention of only driving it on Sunday's (weather permitting). Well..... that didn't last a week !!! I can't get enough time to drive it !!! I treat her with kit gloves.

"haha" Take it to a track and you will see why Honda is going to make elite cars think about pricing! I own a 2022 porsche 911 turbo s, and i have owned many bmw audi and ferrari. I have raced rally for years and this type R even at 60k smokes the competition. Mind blown how it holds the corners and zips right back up with the top porsche cayman gt3 gt4. Just a joy to drive!

I purchased the 2023 Honda type R on December 14th and what can I say this is an incredible car, I just can't wait to start my new weekend hobby road course racing.

Johnathan's a weasel. Ask for Caleb he'll take great care of you. I skipped work and drove 3hrs to the dealership for my appointment only to find the car had been sold and Jonathan was nowhere to be found. Caleb was kind enough to step in and make things right.

I'm 78 years old and this car is a ball to drive! I love the 6 speed std transmission and the clutch action. My wife's GTI 6 peed manual(2016) clutch is very fussy and is to stall out if you're to weak on throttle! The handling is a blast! Love taking off ramps then merging onto the hwy and accelerating! If you like driving then this is the car for you! I love this car!

Being 66 I’m probably not the usual age of people getting a car like this. Back in May I was basically sitting at home waiting to catch that covid crap and die. Then I thought why not buy something so I could have some fun while I’m waiting to catch it and die and I’m still here. My eyes sorta locked onto the type R and life is a blast driving this car. I’ve dived into turns at 65 mph tap the brakes and turn the steering wheel then hit the gas and pull right thru it and maintaining full control at the same time. If you do manage to break the rear end loose it’s easily corrected by counter steering. All those curves on I 59/20 going thru Birmingham really don’t exist with this car and it’s a breeze and fun. The seats were comfortable my whole trip to northern Alabama. I was averaging 27 mpg and only did one fill up. I arrived at my destination and I wasn’t burnt out like usual driving another car. I’ve had it up to 135 and it’s fun as xxxx but don’t do it on the interstate. There’s too many people who don’t pay attention and have their phone buried in their head there. If you have good hand foot eye coordination then this is the car for you. If you want to have fun driving a car instead of being bored to death then you will love this car. If you like going the speed limit then then no this isn’t the car for you. The only thing I have with this car is that I can’t hop out of the seat like I was 20 years old but for the time that I’m driving it I’m like back to the future pardon the pun. The steering and suspension is very tight and if you put it into R mode and get on it then hang on and have fun.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Type R. It’s hard to put into words the joy this car delivers with every drive. This car handles like a cat, and it is chock full of power. This car is an absolute beast above 3000 rpm, yet no torque steer issues. The short throw shifter with rev matching makes gear transitioning smooth. The Sound system with sub-woofer delivers awesome sound. I have the carbon fiber package also, beautiful carbon fiber with red accent, hood scoop, rear spoiler, mirror covers & interior accents. Really makes this car pop. In Champion White.
