I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. Too much overhead and one too many times the salesman going back and forth to ask mother may I. The management is not customer friendly and it leads to many distractions. Revamp your business.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

I bought the car new with 45,000 mi and in 3.5 years have put on 52,000 more miles, so about to cross 100,000 miles. In my time of ownership I have only put in gas, oil changes, new tires, and changed the filters. Everything else works flawlessly every time. The all-wheel drive system is impressive and once got me to a location that all three guys in pickup trucks following me had to park their trucks in the middle of the mud trail while I reached the destination at the top of the hill. I average 27 mpg and have more than enough pep to pass people on 55 mph highways quickly. The cargo area is surprisingly large with the rear seats folded down And so this is our preferred vehicle for long trips with our two big dogs!

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. We found the vehicle we wanted, they made the changes needed to satisfy our needs, and Joseph delivered the vehicle to us at home. My wife and I are both very pleased with the efficient and pain-free experience at Two Rivers Ford, and believe this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

My husband & I just purchased a rather “different” used car from them. A Volkswagen R32 that wasn’t cheap. If you know, you know. CJ was amazing through the entire process.
