I truly had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer. From the very beginning, she took the time to walk me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything along the way. She was always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had, and she responded every time in such a timely manner. What I appreciated most was how patient, kind, and easy to talk to Jennifer was. She made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. Having someone who was so attentive and genuinely helpful made the whole process feel much less stressful. Jennifer was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly personable. I really felt like she cared about making sure I had a good experience. I’m very grateful for all of her help, guidance, and communication throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Dick Ide Honda and the second vehicle in the past 15 months. Jennifer Flammia was our sales consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. It felt like we were dealing with a longtime friend, not someone i had just met minutes ago. She didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I wanted. She did a great job of helping us get the 2026 Ridgeline setup before we drove away. She made sure we knew she was available after the sale to help us if needed. She knew the vehicle very well and pointed out all the little things that separated the Ridgeline from other competing brands in the mid-size pickup class. She had a great sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs before we left with our Ridgeline. I will absolutely 100 percent buy my next vehicle from Jennifer.

This is my 5th car for IDE and my 5th from Jennifer Flammia. Best sales person EVER!! IDE is clean and comfortable and a no pressure environment. Jen is fast and reliable and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. This has been an excellent car buying experience. David Schleyer

Ide Honda review
Excellent experience… no pressure and Jenn F provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I felt like the car I purchased was priced where it should be and competitive to the local market. I’d buy another car from Jenn and Ide in the future and recommend them to others as well.
