This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

Our family has been doing business with Jim Burke Ford since Jim Burke started the business and, before that, when Mr. Burke sold cars for Haberfelde Ford in the 1950s. It’s a family business that has endured for decades because Ford makes excellent vehicles and because their Sales and Service Drpartments put the customer first. My wife and I bought a new Ford Escape, to share our garage with our 2017 C-Max which we love. A Ford C-Max was featured in the Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson movie, the “Hitman’s Bodyguard.” We don’t drive our C-Max like that, but it was fun to see one in a Hollywood chase scene.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Issue is too far away and never driven this style of car. If something to see closer to NC let me know.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I live in San Jose but driving 500 miles round trip to get our new 2016 Honda Pilot was worth it because of Barber Honda's competitive pricing and excellent customer service. He was also very easy to deal with. He was very upfront and transparent with taxes, fees, and pricing and provided a hassle free experience. When I arrived at the dealership to buy the car it only took 1 hour from when I entered to when I left to complete all the paperwork and drive out of the dealership with my new Pilot! My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Very quick to respond. They don't message you over and over. They only offer info about what you ask for. I will definitely be by sometime in the next week to enquirer about the car we discussed.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.
