I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Outstanding! We bought this Jeep from this dealer and was out the door within 45min, no hassle from the finance office, we got pre-approved prior to purchasing but still had to sign all documents with the finance office. CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Easy to handle, but could use a little more luxury. Impaired vision, five drivers side from window or car meets engine want heated seats to be an automatic option, _____cannot use Google Maps in this car. Could not use cell ph till I called Honda directly. What’s up?

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

This is the second car I purchased at this dealership. Since this is my first EV car I had many questions and my sales rep Christian was so helpful. We had a few problems with an app and he helped me by telling me in detail what I need to do. It is now fixed and I am a happy camper! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and more importantly Christian will get my recommendation to anyone who will listen.

It's bad that some may have had problems with this CRV. I do believe it's rare when compared to other vehicle makers however. I've owned my share of lemons over the years. CRV has always been popular. Honda actually has addressed the few "fuel in oil issues" of northern winters, and the A/C compressor seal complaints by extending warranty time for both issues to all owners. I feel this CRV is the best in performance, cargo space, interior layout and quality, and modern safety features that others just didn't even offer in 2017. A price value like this won't ever be seen again.

Two steps inside the front door of the dealership we were immediately greeted by our salesperson, Gregory Schwartz. Greg was very professional, very thorough, and very accommodating. His knowledge of their inventory, the specifics of each vehicle was very impressive and took us to an immediate level knowing we were being dealt with on a level not normally seen at dealerships and their staff. We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Excellent car & gets great mileage, especially on long trips. The car battery seems to not last as long as it should. This is my second CRV and my first one had the same issue. They need better batteries. Other than that I have no complaints.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.
