Eugene Pascucci “talked us through” several Pine Belt offerings which matched our checklist needs. In addition, Dave Kidd was also helpful answering our numerous questions and giving his experienced vehicle insight of considered vehicles. After ongoing conversations and email photos between Eugene and my son, a vehicle was chosen. My son took a train and Uber to Pine Belt, went on a test ride, signed on the line, and hours later drove away to his home in NYC. The point of main effort for this note is to highlight the amount of time Eugene put into matching a customer to a “right fit” vehicle. Throughout, Eugene was professional: friendly/upbeat, no pressure, a good listener, straightforward with vehicle considerations, and explaining the vehicle purchase to a first-time buyer. And again, Dave was always at hand.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

I had to trade in a Brand New Bronco 2025 with under 1000 miles because it wasn?t the car of my dreams. I waited four years to buy my car outright. I listened to the advice of others and decided on a different color, and model. When it arrived as I did order it from a different dealer it wasn?t the car I had dreamed of. Yes, I am a woman so there was drama. Anyway I found it out of state and drove to Sea Breeze in New Jersey. You must always go with what you like not with the advice of others. Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Just bought our 2011 Cadillac srx4 and we love it. Had a few miner issues when we purchased the car and they have been taken care of with no problems. These guys are the best and can't wait to do business with them again. NO BS, if they say they are going to do something they do it . Great ethics !!! These guys give Used Car Salesman a GOOD name.

I had to replace 4 quickstruts, rear adjustable control rods, spark plugs and valve adjustment at 105,000 miles. The front sway bar had to be repaired. The usual brakes and tires. The valves needed to be adjusted as they were not to specification anymore . I didn’t mind spending the money because I plan on keeping this CR-V past 250,000 miles.

I'm generally not a review leaver but I just felt so compelled to share my experience. Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Dante was phenomenal from start to finish. The manager Russ introduced himself as well. The entire time felt relaxed and not pressured. Total opposite from previous dealerships I dealt with. The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

I bought a new 2021 Honda CRV Hybrid EX-L from Cost Honda, Sea Girt, NJ few days back. It was a very pleasant atmosphere with no pressure. Cost Honda is the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with in past 20 years for purchasing a vehicle. Sales person Patrick Marotta made the buying process completely simple and effortless and I always feel like I am getting the best deal. Price of new car was very competetive and they gave me best trad-in value for my vehicle as well. Before byuing car from Coast Honda, I have visisted couple of other dealerships in Central New Jersey but not happy with the customer service or commitment they shawn to customer. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I bought Honda CRV 2024 and been pleasure to own this car as its my first time! The color is unique and powertrain works fabulous. Since i bought this recently have not driven the car much but i can sense its gonna go long with us. Still have to get familiar with all those lots of features of course however i just wish there was a fog light too for convivence specially driving at night or rough weather. Over all nothing compares Honda and its flawlessness...giving it a big thumps up!

A little disappointed this year. I’ve had 4. The drivers seat does not go back far enough for me and passenger seat only moves forward and back. Drives like shock absorbers need changed. Still love these carbs, but not quite the same quality.

The buying process was smooth, no pressure. The manager Alan was very professional and buyer friendly, my sales agent Earnest was very honest and did his best to assist me in more ways than one. I was so surprised with the service I kept looking over my shoulder to see who was behind me. But no! It was all good. I love the vehicle and highly recommend VIP auto outlet.

Honda crv is good transportation. Honda makes terrible electronics. The information system is faulty The multifunction camera is crap If you just need to get from point a to b. Honda will get you there
