New and used 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid TrailSport AWD for sale near Smithfield, NC

My visit today was handled just like my previous visits..very professional and friendliness overload. I have made 3 visits since my December purchase and I am impressed by the communication and updates I receive before and during my visits. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

The service advisor I had is no longer with Honda and John stepper right into his shoes fulfilling the same excellence in service as my previous advisor. Throughout my wait, John was attentive, when the inspection came out, he came over to explain what it all meant and what is truly necessary, and then offered to get me a beverage afterwards. I appreciate the little things that businesses do to help keep a customer happy and John is one I would recommend other employers should learn from. Thanks John!

The family has done biz with Jimmy for prob 10 years. He takes care of us and makes sure we always good. He told me to put in here that he calls and sings to us on birthdays and he ain’t kidding. Mom stays waiting by the phone.

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

My experience at honda was extremely great. My sales guy Kyshawn Cherie was very nice, informative, upfront, and knowledgeable. Even after I feel like i stressed him out he was calm and very friendly. He offered his professional opinion and very helpful across the board.
