After the work is completed, I receive a report about the work that was done, as well as, if needed other that need to be done now or in the near future. I have the 2012 Honda Crosstour, Love this vehicle. People think it's a bran new vehicle because I kept it in top notch, plus you don't see many around, so they think Honda just came out with it. The rude is very comfortable and the acceleration of this vehicle is powerful. To be a V6, it's ok on the gas mileage. I had my radio put in as a 10" screen. Look Awesome. Kept the maintenance up on it, change your oil regular, you can get over 200,000 mile on it. This vehicle is Awesome!

I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. And I know I made them all uncomfortable with my crying, however they didn’t show it and everyone was SO professional and unders

Just one thing to say. Honda overdid it in this car. All options you can think of are inlcuded. Very powerful and fund to drive. reliable car!

I am 6,3 and need a car for work. Because I work as a chaplain who visits people home to home I needed 4 wheel drive a comfortable ride and decent gas mileage. Oh and a solid vehicle that I feel safe in. The 2012 crosstour is all that and more. The only concerns I have had are the oil consumption and the axles that can wear and cause vibration. I have had 2 crosstours and the 2010 had oil consumption and axles problem. I replaced Axles for about 1500 and smooth as ice but oil consumption led me to sell the car. My 2012 crosstour has no oil consumption problems but it does seem to begin to vibrate a bit at 25 miles an hour so down the road I’ll have to maybe change the axles. But still for me it’s worth it and at least I know what issues I will face with these cars...I’m sooo glad 2021 they will continue crosstours!!!!

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. We have a 2015 Ex-L AWD. Crosstour This car has a 6 cylinder and very quick on take off. The car did have 2 issues with it since we owned it. The starter was grinding. Their was a bulletin to what needed to be done to fix the issue. Then we had a difential issue.This was a change of fluid that needed to be done. Over all this car has everything we need in a car. Comfortable ride. Very spacious inside. I don't understand why more people didn't buy this car. Honda decided to not continue to produce this car. We love our crosstour. Every where we go. People would ask if we want to sell the vehicle. It only has 56,000 miles. Not forsale.

It only took 10 minutes for my offer to buy a used Subaru Forester to be accepted by Chance. But it took 3 hours to travel to Butler Honda from Savannah. GREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE HONEST.

I purchased a 2015 EX-L 4WD model, used, in 2017 with 67,000 miles on it. I drove it until last year when I found a used, one-owner 2015 EX-L 4WD with 56,000 miles, in Mountain Air Metallic. (My other CT was black). This car is nearly flawless, as was my prior CT. When on trips, I nearly always get someone asking me what kind of car it is and, often, they think it's a new model. If you're going to pick one of these up, get a 2014 or 2015 EX-L 4WD version with the V6. The biggest mistake people make, when they purchase a Honda with a J35 V6 engine is not replacing the timing belt every 100,000 miles. Do that, and change your oil regularly (I use 10,000 mile intervals with Mobil-1) and you should enjoy many years of service from a Honda Crosstour.

The Honda Crosstour i bought here has been my first Honda vehicle and it's the best of the automobiles I've used so far. The interior is excellent and the exterior too. The engine is so silent and the transmission is super. I love it.

This car is great in every way , the only thing that is the ride is a little more stiff than I like. Plenty of leg room , lots of power , navigation is clumsy but works , handling is very tight, turning radius is larger than my 96 Buick Roadmaster wagon that was a shock.

They are all great. Both sales and service. GM was great to work with and the sales person Miss Potts was very knowledgeable. The service person CJ provided excellent service as well

The only problem I have is my left back quarter panel started rusting out about 6 months ago and Honda won't even cover it and everybody says that you take it to it was a manufacturer defect. So now it's going to cost me $1,000 to get it repaired I wasn't too happy. I've had older cars that are 15 years old and never have rust on them

Wanted to replace my Honda Element with a sportier car and still have lots of room for my dogs - wow did I pick the perfect vehicle! Went with the 4 cylinder for increased fuel economy, and yes I realize it's slower - but I also have a Honda motorcycle for when I want to go fast! LOL With the seats down the rear cargo area is huge for what is essentially an "Accord Hatchback" (and with 3 dogs they will always be down) Love the rear trunk storage/travel cooler (ingenious) and the stereo sounds awesome! You really gotta hear it to fully appreciate the quality - it even comes with a standard subwoofer! ;-) Great versatility and economy, plus legendary Honda reliability - what more could you ask for?

So much more than an Accord with sleek styling and plenty of room. The 3.5l V-6 is probably a must given the size of the car, and AWD is a nice to have option. Highway MPG is over 25. The car does not have the cargo versatility of an SUV, however it does have sufficient space and is not a box on wheels. Great Honda reliability and performance.

I remember the negative reviews that the Crosstour, while it was still in production, has had but I see very few out there up for resale. This vehicle has been very reliable to the family and is the second one we have owned. All the advantages of an Accord but with more space.

I got a great car -- 2015 model year, almost completely unblemished, pretty unbelievable how good the condition was, actually. And the price was reasonable and fair without any haggling -- in fact, I wanted to close the deal as soon as possible because I thought it was almost too good to be true. They let me both test drive the car and come back the next day to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The only thing that I did not like is that they have a 3-mile limit to how far they will let you take a car for an independent mechanic's inspection. I would have preferred is that they let me take the car to my own mechanic, but, alas, mine is 5-6 miles away. Nonetheless, I was able to find a mechanic that is just down the street from Choice Auto and he seemed to do a decent inspection job. End result, I got a great car at a very reasonable price. There are some friendly staff, but just know that the sales manager (owner?) is somewhat reserved. Just get past the fact that he's reserved and understand that the price is the price (no haggling) and I think you'll serve yourself well by getting a good deal on a great car. I will easily consider going here for our next vehicle.

It has lots of legroom, front and back. The controls are within easy reach. Awesome stereo system. Very comfortable for long distance rides. Lots of room in luggage area for carrying anything you can possibly think of.
