The overall experience was much better than expected. A few unexpected surprises such as having to get a loan for rebates eligibility, unfreezing credit rating for loan approval, a military rebate exercise, and not having to negotiate a price! Once I started taking my 2013 Civic to Autonation Honda Sanford for maintenance, I wouldn?t take it anywhere else. On my last visit for repairs I was debating whether to trade for a new Civic. There was no pressure, the sales associate, Jacob Guerrero, was informed, listened, answered all my questions and treated me with utmost respect. Once it came to closing the deal with the CFS Manager, Sergio Perez Cedeno, I was relaxed, he was extremely patient and worked with my needs. The whole experience was seamless!! Of course, I will stay with them and totally recommend.
