I went in to test drive a CPO 2018 EL-X Accord. At first, I was on the fence between a Camry and an Accord but driving it helped my decision. I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. Ayesha was excellent to work with to purchase my CRV. It had been 14 years since my last vehicle purchase and it was quite a comfortable experience. She explained every step thoroughly and the vehicle features during the test drive. She made sure it was fully inspected, cleaned, and tags transferred before I drove it off the lot.

We worked with Gary Burlage to make this purchase. I was coming from a 15 y/o Honda Insight, so a lot of the bells and whistles were new to me. Gary took time to explain all the features. He was also extremely patient with me during the buying process -- this was my first time buying a car on my own. I cannot recommend working with him enough. You'll be treated well, and if you're an O's fan, he'll even catch you up on the O's score throughout the buying process.

Paper works was ok. Dealership could should have faster computer system to close the deal. Credit dept. officer was very professional.
