My 2026 HRV Sport came with the Hankook 18 inch tires and rode rough. I upgraded to 17 inch Michelin Primacy A/S. It made a world of difference improving the ride. Its smoother, and quieter with the Michelins. What I like about the HRV: 1. Price. OTD price was 28,600, but that included a trade in with about 1000 equity. Its hard to find a decent car under 30,000 that is not a Kia or Hyundai. 2. Safety tech. The sport model has adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor and lane keep assist, which make the car safer. 3. Easy to drive. You dont have to get a phd in the touch screen and controls, they are intuitive and easily learned, unlike my Toyota, which has a glitchy, awkward infotainment system. 4. Rear seats go all the way down and lay almost flat. This gives more room and its large for the class. 5. Spare tire. Many car companies want you to call AAA everytime you have a flat. Bad idea. The HRV not only has a spare but lots of room with the spare with special compartments for stuff like flashlights, car emergency equipment stored out of the way and the like. 6. Easy entrance and exit the vehicle even tho it does not have power seats. They slide back easily without a problem. 7. Very nice consul with storage underneath the shifter, along with usb plugs. Good place to put phone or other items. 8. Naturally aspirated long lasting non turbo engine. Turbos run hot and burn the oil and your engine. Avoid Turbos. 9. Nice that it has remote start, without buying a super expensive subscription like a Toyota. I like that Honda seems to appreciate its customers, not trying to burn us each month for more money to get the car to work right, like some companies. Are car payments not high enough for car companies so they find a need to force us to pay even more for glitchy, irritating, complicated and often non working subscriptions? Im unaware of any un needed subscriptions or apps to download and enrich hackers, on the HRV which is quite refreshing after owning 2 Toyotas with multiple subsrciption profit (for the compnay) enhancers. Dislikes: I have not yet had a chance to drive it on a longer trip, but other reviewers sometimes complained the front seat was not that comfortable, lacking a lumbar support. I thought the seat was slightly narrow, but thats because Im fat. I dont like removal of Sirius XM radio. Yes, you can, and I did, hook that up to Sirius on my phone, but that is just not the same.

Absolutely amazing service! Was able to schedule right away. Greeted promptly. I like the fact they go over the work that has been done or needs to be done. Finally a place I don't feel like I will be taken advantage of. Thank you again for the great service!

For myself is the right size I really love it my niece is also going to buy one but she's going to buy a bigger one cuz she has a good family

Our CRV wouldn't start. Got it in to LHM Honda. They replaced my 27 month old 700 CCA INTERSTATE battery with fresh Honda factory 500 CCA, tested my electrical system including alternator & starter. Returned used INTERSTATE battery to big box store for full refund. All LHM HONDA service personnel were exceptionally helpfull, courteous & professional. Bravo Zulu to Jasmine, Antonio, Mike & Garrett. Past 9 years purchased two Honda's from LHM in Boise. Always impressed with LHM in spite of recent corporate changeover of personnel they continue to earn our business.

I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V to Larry H Miller for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve owned this car for seven years with no major issues, and I recently passed it down to my high-school-aged daughter, so safety and proper care are very important to me. Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. As I was sitting in the waiting area while the car was being serviced, I watched as Cortney would approach each waiting customer with information about their vehicle condition and potential recommendations for extending the life and enjoyable driving experience of their personal vehicle. All done with a personal, yet professional approach and demeanor. When she approached me, she had already pulled a Carfax to illustrate for me, work had already been done in another dealership. In some cases, work was done twice which is unnecessary, to say the least. I went to Tom Scott Honda to buy a used car. I was pre-approved from my bank and had already found the vehicle I wanted online. We called Brandon Johnson to verify they still had the car and set an appointment for that day. He was getting off work but agreed to stay to help us. We went in, took the car for a test drive, completed the paperwork, and were out of there in less than an hour. No haggling, no back and forth. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I really appreciated Brandon's honesty about what they could do as well as the transparency on their prices. I waited three months before writing this review to make sure everything was as they said it would be - and it is! The banking went through without a hitch, the car is fantastic and runs great. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience and will use Brandon again in the future and keep his card in my wallet to refer others to "one of the good guys."
