Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Classic Honda always gives a thorough explanation of what services are needed. The completion of the services is always in a timely manner. This is acceptable so that you can move on either your schedule.

Angel and Wilfredo were excellent sales and finance folks I give them 5 stars. I would caution new buyers to look at the trade value the dealership gives, they mask the tax incentives in the trade value of your vehicle to appear as if they are giving you additional money.

Honda of Sanford does a mean oil change!!!!!!!! These guys got it down!!!! I'm never going anywhere else! They've got my business. Next time, the rear diff.

I took my car in as the steering wheel was making noise when turning to right/left. I just thought it needed some lubrication. George is my customer service rep & is Great! My Saturday appointment was a disappointment as the technician didn't have the time to complete diagnosis so George rescheduled my visit. They found out that the steering rack had gone bad (never had this issue with any of my cars before). They had to order the part & see if extended warranty would cover & it did-Thankfully!!! Holler provided a rental car as this was a lengthy process & I needed transpiration for work. This dealer & George are Fabulous! I bought my 2019 Civic Coupe here & only get it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership & ALWAYS having an extended warranty!

Very friendly service. I was kept very well informed about the progress of my car repair. It was a comfortable environment to work in on my laptop and sip coffee during the repair time. In fact I stayed a few extra minutes to finish up on some of my work. Most enjoyable.
