Let me get started writing this review by telling you my experience with Ryan Gwinner. What a wonderful salesman. Not too pushy and gets the job done. I was unsure if I was going to walk into Matthew's Honda to get a car due to how scary it is to purchase a new vehicle. Ryan made my husband and I very comfortable by allowing us to tell him what we expected out of the car we were looking for and how much we could afford. He cared and listened to our wishes and met everyone one of them and more. I'm not the easiest person to handle, but Ryan was very patient. He answered any question we had about any car we asked about and didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. Did I mention he stayed over an hour after his shift to make sure we were successful with our purchase? He didn't make us hang around or go look for him to ask him a question, instead he was right by our side. He is very knowledgeable about any vehicle you may ask him about and will give you his honest opinion. To me honesty is everything! Called my local Honda dealer Gene Stevens in the morning to service my Honda CRV for an oil change before I and my husband were planning a trip to Florida. Asked for Stacy Feller, got his voice mail and he promptly returned my call. He was able to make our appointment for the same day at 2:00 p.m. We dropped my vehicle off early and said we would be back for it when completed. My call for pickup that service was completed was even actually before 2:00 pm. Fast efficient and courteous service from Stacy always when scheduling service!!

JIM LAIRD was a no presser sales person with good under standing & explaining every thing about the car. Jim was one of the best to make a deal with. But the title person ((John)) was a HIGH presser sales on third party warranty (service contract) Never told it wasn't a HONDA CARE CONTRACT which cost more & covered less then the Honda care contract on the internet. WHY WOULD A DEALERSHIP SALEING NEW & USED HONDA"S SALE THIRD PARTY SERVICE CONTRACTS. JIM LAIRD was good great person to work with & not part of the service contract. but why would Reineke dealership sell a lesser service contract over the better HONDA CARE SERVICE CONTRACT . MR REINEKE better rethink the decision of third party service contracts not explaining they have nothing to do with HONDA CARE. MR REINEKE CALL ME. Your dealership has my phone number.
