The vehicle was a fresh trade‑in that needed a few things addressed due to normal wear and tear. First Texas Honda turned it around quickly, and it looked as good as new by the time I picked it up. Luke’s manager, who finalized the deal, was refreshingly low‑pressure with his sales approach, which I greatly appreciated. After I got home, I noticed a significant item was missing.
