We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

Had problems at first, but was taken care of by Michael Johnson a service advisor. Mr Johnson listen to my concerns and took charge. He kept in touch with me and when the work was completed I was called to come and pick up my vehicle. I am very satisfied.

The HR-V is a great vehicle, however, the option of heated seat is enemic. Have taken back to dealer 3 times for testing and they say there is nothing wrong and meets specs. I changed dealers and got the same resuts. Well my bottom tells another story and have tested both driver and passenger for heat in the dead of winter of winter. There is absolutely no heat from either seat. Tested from current dealer with the same results. Maybe we are jinxs as my wife and other passengers can confirm lack of heat, or, no heat at all.

1 year - no problems. Maintenance service was fast and good. No solutions made that I could find for lowering back hatch for short people, like me. Weatherproof floor mats a nice touch. Decent for the money.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Great highway cruiser. Drive it normal and it reacts to your habits. Not alot of get up and go power but it likes to be driven. Great on gas. Would absolutely recommend. Small yet big. Your propped up, not feel like sitting on ground especially when you're getting out of it.

No Hidden Fees, Good inventory. No one was pushy there. I knew what I wanted and I got it. The guy at finance helps me understand how to manage my payment and all.

Use this to commute to work everyday. Pleased with the comfort and the gas mileage of the car. Since it is a Honda hopefully I will get a car that will last me for a few years with trouble-free motoring.

I highly recommend this crossover if Reliability is your #1 concern . If you sevice your HRV in a timely manner, your HRV will make it to 300,000 miles, without hesitation.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

The best dealership In town. ( HANDS DOWN ) I had an issue they fixed it went way above the call. Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Kay was our salesmsn and he was the best! He showed us everything to us and keeps following up with to see if there is anything we need. I now know why the commercials are they way people say. Not only is the dealership good Kay is the BEST and will do any for you. So if you are looking for a car go look him up! You will be glad you did.

Bought this car new in 2016. Had it for 5 years and 113,000 miles. I have driven this car 6 times from NY to FL and back. No issues with comfort. I love the magic seats and have packed out this car to the max every time I make this trip. I tend to be a fast driver and haven't had any issues with acceleration. Would I buy another HRv? Sure would.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.
