I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. One of the best purchases I've made. With regular maintenance, this vehicle has taken me over 116K miles as of the date of this review. When new, and driving around the city, I was seeing 55 MPG. Currently, driving more Hwy than city, I'm seeing it avg 40MPG. I do suspect that this is due to the fuel pump recall; after a routine maintenance session at a dealer where they replaced my spark plugs, I noticed the car idling weird when just sitting. I took it back to the dealer to check and they said the spark plugs looks new and nothing is off but it could be due to the fuel pump recall. As of this review, the Dealer still has not received the parts to do the recall repair. However, their has been a few recalls and aside from the latest one, the dealers have been exceptionally well at the recall repairs. The car's safety system is overall pretty good, their were times where the LKAS (Lane Keep Assist System) would freak out on you and force you to take over, but its been a good experience overall. The right hand turn camera is very useful. I wish Honda would've included one for the Left hand turn and continued with the tech to newer models. One thing to note is that the vehicle has a very audible droning noise when you really push the vehicle going up hill or trying to pass a car, but this can be expected from a relatively small hybrid sedan. The road noise is also not the best, and the factory premium audio system is subpar. But if you're a casual listener this won't be a problem (My prev vehicle was an Altima with the BOSE sound system, a great audio system btw). Overall, this vehicle is great and has not given me an issue, yet.

This is far the best car it's give 50 miles per gallon and jazzy looking reliable of course its a Honda I luv when I'm zooming around town I van do electric and u can't beat that

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

My Insight EX 2022 is economical , comfortable and IMHO pretty. Now that late May is here (NJ) I’ve averaged 57 mpg in last 4 weeks. Winter is only 51 mpg. Bought in October 2021 and I average 625 miles per month, which means I fill up once per month! And always less than $30. I use the regenerative braking paddles as much as possible, only wish there was a third or fourth setting to bring to an almost complete stop stop, brake pads would last forever!, as I drive not much I’m averaging 11 months per oil change. I highly recommend this vehicle except if your commute is very hilly/ mountains. Much engine roar on big hills. Here in NJ not many of those. I’m 67 y.o. and do love to hypermile I do drive like the grandpa that I am!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! My girlfriend was so impressed by how sincerely genuine the excellent service was that she is already planning to come back to CMD to purchase her next vehicle. Facts. Cheers fellas!

My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.

Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

Its a roomy vehicle and runs so smooth. Everything outside the car is visible while inside creating less chances of hitting objects around you. And the engine size being a 1.3 litre is a plus to save an extra buck on gas.

Customer service is great! The waiting room is clean, feee water, TV and it?s quiet! I won?t go anywhere else!

Bought a 2019 Honda Insight Touring with 7000 miles. Have 12,000 on it now and no complaints. Gas isn’t as good in the winter but it’s still better than most anything else on the road. 35-50 mpg depending on temperature and how I drive it. Quick little car for a hybrid but makes a decent amount of noise for no reason at times. It’s not perfect but it sure beats the god awful looks of a Prius with the great dependability of a Honda.

After getting the run around from multiple dealerships in LA/OC/IE I visited Auto Republic. Yes, I had my guard up after all the financing and heavy down payments other dealerships we're asking for before even giving me attention. The showroom was clean and the lot had so many dream cars. I found the perfect car for my family and had the assistance from the manager that was top notch. I'm writing this review since the single star reviews show the lack of reading details about add on features. Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I've referred family and friends, all had exceptional purchasing experiences and I'll get my next vehicle here as well.

WOW the gas mileage is incredible I can regularly get 50 mpg my lead foot wife gets 47. I’m a big person tall and wide it could be more comfortable but I’ve owned worse. The “switch” gas to battery is 100 percent seamless, just drive it like a regular car and it dies the rest. It has a ton of electro so it’s the only car I ever bought an extended warranty. Did I mention it gets 50 mpg and dies look like an ugly Prius. Honda through and Through!!

Fantastic car, hybrid, only a dent in rear passenger bumper. Ac engine are all smooth No chassis problem No mechanical problem. Very economic car, it has perfect sound systems too.

It is a beauty. Everyone who sees it likes it. I make people jealous. It is shiny and smells nice. But it’s not fast enough to beat people in races. There is not enough room to take my whole family with me so I drive alone and it has nice speakers

buying a new rav 4 was easy. the sales man was very nice and helpful. the finance manager was also very nice and helpful and explained everything very well.

The car averages 45-52 mpg. Love it. It is a great commuter car. The drivers seat is ridiculously comfortable. Downside is that the back seat is NOT comfortable and difficult to get in and out.

I was looking at prices for a used car to set an amount for the GoFundMe campaign I have set up for my boyfriend/fiance. His car engine died and it will cost him $3000 for a new engine. However neither of us has the money right now for a new used car or for a new car engine. This dealership was one of the places I looked at for used car prices.
