Used 2023 Honda Odyssey for sale near Willowbrook, CA

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I called the dealership and spoke to Gary Koch. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed the online price and agreed to purchase the car. I am not local and handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone. Once everything was confirmed I booked a flight and Gary offered to pick me up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Gary made the car buying process super easy and enjoyable. I also received an exceptional deal.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Representative Kazar was virtuous, explained the services that my car was due for and offered discounted services, they worked on my car and allied me when the work was done.

Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.

David was amazing. I am in the market for a BMW I8 and saw one on Cars.Com. It had been up a couple of days and when I finally made my way to the dealership it was gone (I didn’t call first). Guess what, David straight up went and got another one and brought it to the dealership!!! Customer service was excellent, no pressure, super nice guy.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. The person that I had an appointment was not there because I was early. Someone else assisted and he was very nice and helpful. When we got in the car that I wanted he showed me different things about the car. He also let me take it for a test drive by myself.
