I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Even though I'm from Illinois I will make my next purchase from Performance Honda. I highly recommend this dealership.

I wanted to recognize the pleasant experience I had working with Adam Pulliam while searching for a new car. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all the ins & outs of the new hybrids. And let me tell you -- I really needed someone patient to walk me through the weeds. Ty did a great job in helping me select the best car to fit my needs. I chose a Camry hybrid and am very pleased with the ease of use and its performance. It also has a lot of additional safety features such as back up camera and alerts which my old car did not have. I also like the fact it is a sedan which is harder to find since SUVs seem to be more of what are offered these days. I am also impressed with the graphical display.

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. we had a very good experience with Will at Jeff Weyler,Honda , unfortunately as we were on the way to the Dealership from our one and half hour drive , We got a call that another customer had shown up , and was in the Finance Managers office Purchasing the Ridgeline we were on the way to drive and were interested in . We Did continue our way to the dealership, and Got to see the vehicle we had driven up there to see . ,We were very disappointed , But the Salesmanager, Chris, And Will ,Are going to keep a lookout , and we will keep in touch . Tyler took extra time to send us a video of the available vehicles we were interested in. He also found the exact vehicle we wanted and brought it to us from another location.

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.
