We bought our first Odyssey with executive 12 years ago. That experience was wonderful. So when it came time for a new Odyssey we came back. Well, this time around was even better!!! Dominick was great to work with. is communication with us, during the process of obtaining our van, was top notch! Damian handled all the financial questions and paperwork with skill and patience. 2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

Love this vehicle with the exception of the automatic idle shut off. Seems to me it would put added wear and tear on the starter in addition to using more fuel starting the engine every time you stop. You have to remember to hit the off button every time you start the car. Cruise control jerks a bit while going downhill also. Great comfort, very quiet, easy to get in and out of and roomy.

The customer rep named Luz was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the Hondas. Her presence and enthusiasm was a big plus for us.

The people in the Service Department are friendly and really knowledgeable. The work is always done right and for a good price. The service department is immaculate, from the waiting areas to the bays. Total professionalism!

Might be too soon to review. Only have 500 miles on it. I really do like it. I have previously had 2 CRV's with a much smaller engine and they were much quicker to accelerate and naturally got far better gas mileage. In Sport mode it is very quick even with "echo" on. I have been getting 17 to 19 mpg. Maybe it will improve in time. It is very comfortable and has great safety features. My biggest complaint is with the very low sound with the turn-signals. (CRV's were equally TOO quiet). I can't imagine why Honda doesn't improve the sound. I've adjust sound level to the highest level and with the radio on, I can't hear that the turn signals didn't shut off when making a turn. I checked the internet and found that lots of customers complain about this with Honda's. I asked the dealer service dept if there was a work around and they said it has come up from time to time and no solution available. The service manager said he drives a VW and the turn signals are much louder. My wife's KIA Laporte 's turn signals are 10 times louder than the Passport (Trailsport) Not a dealbreaker...just annoying.

i think car max got it right when they make you an offer they are serious.it is good for 7 days and the process is rather seamless

Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. Xhoel had just started working there the week before, but he was very professional in all of the steps of the process. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. Both Xhoel and Frank were vey helpful and patient while I made things on my end work out.

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

I purchased the Black Edition and I love it. I like: the auto adjust front seats, heated seats and steering wheel, the quite ride, smooth ride, the 9 speed transmission, the sound it makes when I push on the acceleration, great excelleration (especially when the Echo mode is off). The only thing that would make it perfect is better gas mileage.

Great experience, traveled 450 miles to look at a used car and their online description of the car was excellent. Car was worth the drive . Is it my old Acura TL? No. Is it my Expedition? No. Is it a wonderful, rolling compromise of tight handling, larger SUV amounts of cargo and comfortable passenger space, a real V6, Honda reliability and engineering in a package that gets a lot better than “truck” mileage? Yes. An extraordinary example of function over form, and a beautiful compromise of everything I was looking for in a daily vehicle. If it had a timing CHAIN it would be a 5.

Bought a 2026 CR-V hybrid. Salesman was Henry. He deserves 5 stars. The guy is personable, honest, authentic and was very helpful during the process. The sales manager, eddie, was instrumental in helping us get a better deal. And the finance manager, Sherry, was very patient with my multiple questions about warranties. Overall, a positive car buying experience.
