Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

From the first call/inquiry, it was a pretty seamless process. Anthony and team were great and made the whole thing easy.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Really good experience. We shopped a 200 mile radius of our home. We didn?t want to waste a lot of time at dealerships and get trapped by a salesman. We asked all the dealerships what their best out the door price was. Some didn?t want to give without you visiting, some kept trying to give quotes for vehicles or features we didn?t ask for, and some just didn?t have the inventory. Courtesy and my salesman, Ali, gave me the best deal, had plenty of inventory, and made the process easy. Did most of the work over the phone. The finance guy did offer the upsells but didn?t pressure. The dealership facilities were nice with cold water and gourmet coffee machines. Thanks courtesy.
