Even though buying a new car is not fun,our overall experience was good. Alexis made our purchase easy and answered all of our questions no matter what it was. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

The dealership and salesman Royce were all great to work with. I did not feel pressured at all and even though we came in late in the evening the staff worked with us to finish everything up so we didn’t have to come back the next day.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

My vehicle was serviced at Heritage Honda Parkville. Francis Green was skillful, efficient and addressed all needs. I will return for recommended repairs in the near future. 5 stars!

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!
