Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

It was a great experience at Auburn Honda and we drove out with our new car, happy and pleased. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. Our sales people worked very hard to come up with what, for a time, seemed like an impossible deal to satisfy us! We definitely recommend this dealership!

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

*NOTE* Have a general idea and do your research before stepping on to ANY car lot - that way you are not wasting YOUR time, nor that of the sales staff. If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? Fred is a hilarious conversationalist, and will make anyone's shopping experience a joy. Will I return for another? Only if Fred and Rudy are available! Thanks Guys! I was comparing a Cadillac XT6 and the Honda Pilot Touring. I drove both vehicles over the same rough stretch of interstate road, with rough concrete and noisy expansion joints. The Cadillac was 67.2 dB in the rear seat. The expansion joint could be felt, but not a jarring bump. The Honda was 67.2 dB in the rear seat, with the same feel when hitting the expansion joints. The Honda was markedly larger. Both width and interior height. With the Honda having a better long-term reputation for economy, reliability, and cost of maintenance, it was the obvious choice for me.

I was able to get the car I want at the price I wanted. I had a great experience working with them there. The salesman was very helpful.

They are good honest people over there at Auburn Honda. I flew out from New Mexico to buy a used car sight unseen and they represented it honestly as it was just as they had stated it to be. The salesman Todd was helpful in everyway to make the sale a smooth transition coming from out of state and Ty made the final closing with all the paperwork transaction seamless. The experience was awesome. My sales girl Michelle was amazing. The finance department was awesome working with us talking to us and explaining things very thorough. We just love the Honda dealership. We traded in our old Honda and we love this dealership. They’re very friendly they’re courteous. They’re very attentive to your needs. Can’t ask more than that and we love our new Honda passport.

First attempt to purchase a vehicle was unsuccessful. Dealership's price of a vehicle was higher by $3000 because of add-ons that were not disclosed when inquired about price of the vehicle over internet and quoted price was not including the add-ons. After sharing experience with one of the managers, dealership agreed to remove unnecessary add-ons and agreeing on the price, returned to the dealership to complete the purchase. Buying experience went very smooth. No pressure to buy extras. Service was great. Just hope it would be done on the first attempt.
