Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

It rides very well it's room for All My Children their wagons car seats and everything I need for them there's plenty of room to me it looks like a bus but it's reliable and I like it

Have always owned the Odyssey. Still probably my favorite. Pilot is beautiful inside and out. I got the black edition. Could have more vents for a/c and storage space. Rides quiet and smooth. Easy to drive long distances. Averages about 20 mpg

Ms Allison was professional,friendly and willing to help my situation. She really loves what she does and have a great talent in sales. I' had go to other places and when you present the particularities of your case, they dismisses you as soon as possible. This was not the case with Alisson, she was very attentive and looked how to help, not just to sale. As for this part, what else can I say? The Service Director listened to my concerns and had his electronic tech find two loose connectors from a previous Honda dealer timing belt package installation. The cost was minimal and his tech also advised me to replace a cracked intake air tube as I do my own easier repairs. All were courteous and very helpful. We?re don?t have a second car. They gave us a ride back home and later picked us back up. All of it was provided in a timely efficient manner. This all happened in spite of the fact that our regular Service Advisor , who has always been wonderful, was feeling under the weather and had a substitute.
