John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

Came in for routine service and was helped by Brad. Even though it was routine Brad asked about the car (crv hybrid) performance if I had any concerns. I asked about poor mileage of the car and he said he would have the mechanics look at it at no extra cost. For me that illustrated this dealerships concern for their customer. Two hours later my car was ready to go and I left with satisfaction of having a job well done!

He helped set up the process to complete the financing application, answered calls quickly and even provided a thorough tutorial on all of the electronic features of the interior and exterior of the Honda. I feel bad I couldn't give them 5 stars. From the time I requested a trade in amount til my appointment is something I'm not going to go over. What I am leading up to is this. Once I arrived, I was introduced to Nick Ulmer. From that point he provided the interest and assistance that I came to expect. We went over everything and he found me what I wanted.
